Judi Smith
Judi Smith owned Compu-Skills Computer College for eleven years, selling it in 2006. She has been a Board Member of the Ontario Association of Career Colleges for six years, co-chairing the Membership and Conference Committee for the past two years. She has been on the TCAF, Student Protection, and Key Performance Committees, working with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to build regulations in these areas.
Prior to owning a Career College she was Director of Marketing Services for both Colgate-Palmolive and Bristol-Myers Canada where she was responsible for Market Research, Advertising, and Consumer Relations. She was also heavily involved in Strategic Planning and New Product Development.
Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science, 1 year of M.B.A. and a high school teaching certificate in guidance counseling and business.
